Delete your Falah account & data

You can permanently delete your Falah account and all of your data at any time — directly inside the app, or by emailing us.

Option 1 — Delete inside the app (instant)

1. Open Falah.
2. Open the Settings tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account and data are erased immediately and the action cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email hello@getfalah.app from the address tied to your account with the subject “Delete my Falah account.” We verify ownership and delete your account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Account-linked analytics events	Submitted immediately	The linked PostHog person and prior events are queued for deletion. De-identified aggregate statistics may remain.
RevenueCat customer record	Submitted immediately	The linked RevenueCat customer is deleted. This does not cancel billing at Apple or Google.
Store transaction record	Managed by store	Active subscriptions are billed by Google Play / Apple; cancel in your store account. We retain no card data.

What we keep, and why

We retain only what the law requires — for example, transaction/tax records needed for accounting and fraud prevention. These contain no usable profile data and are not used to re-identify you. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions (Android) or App Store → Subscriptions (iOS) before deleting, to avoid further charges.
